- 30/hr + Prevailing Wage Projects ($64/hr) Everlast Industrial Flooring is a growing commercial and industrial epoxy flooring company specializing in epoxy coatings, polished concrete, and concrete restoration systems.
Base Pay:
$25- 30 per hour (depending on experience)
Wage Projects:
Up to $64/hr on state funded projectsGrowth Opportunity:
Lead crews and grow with a rapidly expanding company What You'll Be Doing As a Lead Foreman, you will manage day-to-day installation on commercial and industrial flooring projects.Responsibilities include:
Leading and supervising epoxy flooring installation crews Installing commercial epoxy flooring systems from start to finish Operating concrete grinders, polishers, and dust extraction equipment Edge grinding with 5" and 7" grinders Installing polished concrete systems Installing integral cove base and performing epoxy repairs Ensuring jobsite quality, safety, and productivity Coordinating with project managers and general contractors What We're Looking For This position is ONLY for experienced installers with commercial flooring experience.
