Experienced Flooring Installer

Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Flooring Installer, where you'll gain hands-on experience in the exciting world of flooring installation. We are a growing local flooring company installing LVP and Hardwood flooring in residential and light commercial jobs in the Palm Coast / Flagler County area. We're looking for a reliable Flooring Installer or Helper to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you'll work directly with experienced installers on real jobs. Pay starts at $15/hr for entry-level helpers and goes up to $25/hr for those with proven flooring experience. We're a small, busy team that values hard workers and pays based on what you bring.

Duties Help prepare job sites:

remove old flooring, clean subfloors, level surfaces, scrape glue, etc. Assist with measuring, cutting, and installing flooring materials (LVP, laminate, hardwood, tile, etc.) Carry and move materials, tools, and equipment Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow instructions from lead installers and ensure high-quality work Occasional demolition and basic tool use (utility knives, saws, trowels, rollers, etc.) Requirements Reliable transportation. Ability to do heavy lifting (50+ lbs regularly) and work on knees/standing all day Basic hand tool knowledge and willingness to learn quickly Good work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail Prior experience in flooring, construction, carpentry, remodeling, or general labor preferred (but not required — we train motivated people) Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if driving company vehicle) Must pass a background check and drug screen (if you do those) Embark on a rewarding career path where every day brings new opportunities to build skills that last a lifetime. $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
