In this role, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying epoxy coatings, and ensuring durable, high-quality flooring installations across various commercial and residential projects. Your expertise will help transform spaces with seamless, resilient floors that meet client specifications and industry standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, develop your skills in flooring installation, and contribute to the beautification and functionality of interior environments. Duties Prepare concrete surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and repairing to ensure optimal adhesion of epoxy coatings Mix and apply epoxy resins accurately according to project specifications and safety guidelines Use hand tools and power tools to install flooring components Read floor plans to execute precise installations aligned with design requirements Conduct site assessments to evaluate water damage restoration needs or floor care maintenance before applying epoxy finishes Ensure proper curing and finishing of epoxy floors through buffing, polishing, or additional coating applications Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of waste properly, and adhering to safety protocols at all times Skills Extensive experience in flooring installation and concrete finishing techniques Proficiency with hand tools such as scrapers, grinders, and trowels; familiarity with power tools including drills and sanders Background in construction site experience Knowledge of the use of buffing equipment for surface finishing; familiarity with schematics for detailed project execution Handyman experience is advantageous for troubleshooting on-site issues efficiently Join us as an Epoxy Floor Installer if you're passionate about transforming spaces with precision craftsmanship!
