This is more than just an installer position. We are looking for someone who can become the face of our floor coating division by performing inspections, meeting with homeowners, preparing estimates, and leading installations from start to finish. Minimum Qualifications Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience installing epoxy and/or polyaspartic floor coating systems. Experience preparing concrete through grinding, crack repair, moisture testing, and surface preparation. Ability to install decorative flake systems and polyaspartic topcoats. Experience operating professional concrete grinding and coating equipment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in Florida's outdoor environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Preferred Experience Garage floor coating systems Patio, pool deck, driveway, and commercial floor coatings Moisture mitigation systems Concrete repair and crack repair Sales, estimating, or customer consultations Responsibilities Inspect residential and commercial concrete surfaces. Meet with customers and conduct estimate appointments. Explain our coating systems and recommend the best solution. Prepare accurate estimates using our CRM. Perform concrete preparation, repairs, and coating installations. Operate grinders, vacuums, mixers, and specialty equipment. Ensure every project meets Paint All Stars' quality standards. Maintain company equipment, vehicles, and jobsite cleanliness. Help grow the business through referrals and customer satisfaction. Compensation Compensation is based on experience and performance.
