PM Pay:

As we continue to grow, we're looking to expand our team with a hands-on, reliable individual who's eager to learn and build a career in the marine industry . This is an entry-level position with training provided . If you enjoy working with your hands, learning new skills, and being part of a supportive team, this could be a great fit. What You'll Be Doing Fabricate and install custom synthetic teak decking for marine applications Use hot, sharp, and power tools safely and effectively Perform PVC welding and apply sanding techniques (power and hand sanding) Assist with general shop upkeep and organization Work from templates, drawings, and layouts to prepare decking kits Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines Opportunity to assist in on-site installations What We're Looking For Comfortable working with power tools, hot air welders, and sharp cutting tools Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Willingness to learn new techniques and follow instructions Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Positive attitude and interest in marine-related work Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus) Experience with CAD software or CNC machines Familiarity with boat building, woodworking, or fabrication Previous shop, warehouse, or marine industry experience Why Join Flexiteek?
