Epoxy Flooring Installer Summit Epoxy Systems LLC Miami, FL Job Details Part-time | Full-time | Contract $15 - $18 an hour 17 hours ago Benefits Opportunities for advancement Flexible schedule Qualifications Teamwork Blueprint specification interpretation Driver's License Construction plans Attention to detail Ability to follow instructions Full Job Description Job Summary Summit Epoxy Systems is seeking Epoxy Flooring Installers who are reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow. Experience is a plus, but not required — we provide on-site training. Applicants must be able to read and follow plans and technical instructions. What you'll do Prepare concrete surfaces: cleaning, grinding, repairing cracks, and leveling. Mix and apply epoxy and other floor coating systems. Read and interpret blueprints and follow technical guidelines. Operate tools and machinery safely and efficiently. Follow all safety procedures and company protocols. Work collaboratively to ensure projects are completed on time and to standard. Basic qualifications Experience in flooring installation, coatings, or construction (preferred but not required). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks. Basic understanding of blueprints and measurements. Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn. Valid driver's license (preferred).
