Job Description

Overview We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Closet Installer Helper to assist with the installation of custom closets, shelving systems, and storage solutions. The ideal candidate is hands-on, willing to learn, comfortable working with tools, and able to work well as part of an installation team. Responsibilities Assist the lead installer with measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing closet components. Load, unload, and transport materials and tools to job sites. Prepare work areas and protect floors, walls, and furniture during installation. Use basic hand and power tools safely and properly. Hold, position, and secure materials while the lead installer completes installations. Follow installation instructions, measurements, and plans. Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of debris. Assist with final cleanup and removal of packaging and materials. Communicate professionally with customers and team members. Follow all company safety procedures and installation standards. Perform other duties as assigned by the lead installer or supervisor. Skills Previous construction, carpentry, cabinetry, remodeling, or installation experience is preferred but not required. Basic knowledge of hand and power tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Good physical condition and ability to lift and carry materials. Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and work with your hands for extended periods. Reliable transportation to job sites. Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and customer-service skills. Valid driver's license is a plus. Must be willing to work in residential and commercial job-site environments.
