About the work We're a property services company handling property turnovers and unit prep across the Tampa-Bradenton area. We're growing our network of trusted contractors and are especially looking for people who specialize in granite, tile, and flooring . If that's your trade, you'll get steady, repeat work. All skilled handymen are welcome to apply — the more you can do well, the more work we can send you. Who we're looking for Top priority — specialists in: Granite — countertop set, seam, cut-in, sink/cooktop cutouts Tile — floor and wall, backsplash, wet areas, layout and grout Flooring — LVP, laminate, tile, prep and leveling Also welcome — general handymen who can handle: Fixture swaps, basic carpentry, patching, hardware, appliances Drywall finish and paint prep Cabinetry installs, adjustments, hardware Demo, haul-out, and general make-ready prep How we operate All work is scoped in writing before you start — you'll always know the task list and payout upfront Same-day payment after work passes quality check (Zelle, CashApp, or Apple Pay) Independent 1099 contractor relationship — you set your own schedule and take the jobs that work for you W-9 required before your first assignment (standard for all 1099 contractors) What you need Reliable transportation Your own tools Ability to show up on time, communicate, and deliver clean, finished work
