Job Description

Lead Flooring Installer / Crew Leader Sharpe Flooring - Tallahassee, FL Sharpe Flooring is a growing, family-owned flooring company serving Tallahassee and surrounding areas. We are looking for an experienced Lead Flooring Installer who can produce high-quality work, lead a crew, and help us continue growing.
What You'll Do:
Install LVP, laminate, hardwood, and tile flooring Lead and train helpers/installers Manage jobs from start to finish Communicate professionally with customers Ensure jobs are completed on time and to company standards Take progress and completion photos Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
Requirements:
3+ years of flooring installation experience Experience leading a crew preferred Reliable transportation Valid driver's license Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and solve problems Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Compensation:
