Job Overview:

We are actively seeking a skilled Epoxy Floor Installer/foreman with a minimum of 3 years of industry experience to become part of our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone looking to leverage their expertise in epoxy flooring solutions and work on exciting projects that enhance our community's living and working spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for installation, including cleaning, leveling, and performing moisture tests. Mix and apply epoxy coatings and sealants according to manufacturer specifications for various environments. Install high-quality epoxy, polyaspartic and urethane flooring with precision and attention to detail, ensuring a flawless finish. Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time and within budget. Maintain a safe and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction with the finished product.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in epoxy floor installation. Proficient in surface preparation, application techniques, and finishing processes. Strong understanding of materials and their applications, as well as safety protocols. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. High school diploma or equivalent; professional certifications in flooring are preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
