Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Closet Installer/Helper to join our dynamic team! As a Closet Installer/Helper, you will assist in the installation of custom closet systems, cabinetry, and related fixtures, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Duties Assist with measuring, cutting, and assembling closet components according to project specifications and blueprints Support the installation of closet systems, cabinets, doors, shelving, and hardware using hand tools and power tools Help with framing, trim carpentry, caulking, and finishing work to ensure a polished final product Prepare job sites by cleaning, organizing materials, and setting up scaffolding or ladders as needed Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure construction environment Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately Assist with heavy lifting of materials and equipment to ensure smooth workflow Qualifications Basic knowledge of construction tools such as hand tools, power tools, levels, drills, saws, and measuring devices Prior experience in construction, carpentry, or remodeling is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Ability to read schematics or blueprints is a plus Physical stamina for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude Willingness to learn new skills in various aspects of construction including flooring installation, tile laying, fixture installation, and water damage restoration Join us in creating beautiful spaces!
