Full Job Description Position Description:

The Commercial Installer Helper assists experienced installers with the installation of commercial equipment and systems. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in the installation or construction industry.

Responsibilities:

Assist with installation projects and job site setup. Load, unload, and transport tools and materials. Operate basic hand and power tools. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow supervisor instructions and safety procedures. Support team members to complete projects on time.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred. Willingness to learn and work in a team environment. Ability to work on ladders and in various job site conditions.

Skills:

Strong work ethic and dependability. Basic mechanical aptitude. Good communication and teamwork skills.

Starting Pay:

$20-$30 Based on experience and qualifications.
