Ceramic Tile Installer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Ceramic Tile Installer to join our team. This role involves installing ceramic and porcelain tile on floors and shower systems, with a strong focus on quality, precision, and proper installation methods. The ideal candidate understands the full tile installation process from start to finish and can demonstrate or explain that process when required.

Responsibilities:

Install ceramic and porcelain tile on floors and showers Perform layout, cutting, setting, grouting, and finishing Install shower waterproofing systems and ensure proper slope and drainage Prepare surfaces and substrates prior to installation Follow project plans, specifications, and industry best practices Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas Identify and communicate any installation or substrate issues Demonstrate installation process if needed for quality or training purposes Qualifications Minimum 3 years of ceramic tile installation experience Experience installing tile floors and shower systems Knowledge of the full tile installation process from prep through finish Ability to use standard tile tools and equipment Strong attention to detail and workmanship Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform kneeling, bending, and standing for extended periods This is a full-time position with competitive compensation.
