- Install various types of flooring materials such as hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and tile
- Prepare subfloors by leveling, cleaning, and repairing as needed
- Measure and cut flooring materials to fit specific areas
- Perform finishing touches including trim carpentry and molding installation
- Collaborate with clients to ensure satisfaction with the final product
- Utilize knowledge of schematics and blueprints for accurate installations Experience Refinishing, hardwood flooring.
- Prior experience in flooring installation is required
- Proficiency in fixture installation, water damage restoration, buffing, and construction painting is a plus
- Knowledge of trim carpentry and maintenance person skills is beneficial
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship skills
