Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Floor Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing a variety of flooring materials, including luxury vinyl planks, laminate, and carpet, across residential and commercial projects. Your expertise will help transform spaces by ensuring precise installation, quality craftsmanship, and adherence to safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that challenge your skills and allow you to showcase your craftsmanship. Based on performance there will be incentives to improve pay. Responsibilities Measure and prepare surfaces for flooring installation. Cut, shape, and lay flooring materials accurately using hand tools and power tools such as saws, and drills. Install various types of flooring including, laminate, vinyl, and carpet with precision and attention to detail. Perform related tasks such as caulking and fixture installation. Experience Proven experience in flooring installation or related construction work. Hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools.
