Job Summary The Dispatcher is responsible for managing the flow of flooring materials, ensuring accurate inventory tracking in SAP, and coordinating subcontractor scheduling to support production and installation timelines. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. Spanish-speaking ability is a plus for working with diverse teams and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities Review and verify flooring material availability and status using SAP Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy of data in the system Coordinate and schedule subcontractors for production and installation jobs Communicate daily schedules, updates, and changes to internal teams and subcontractors Ensure materials are ready and dispatched according to project timelines Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and material shortages proactively Maintain records of dispatches, deliveries, and subcontractor assignments Collaborate with production, warehouse, and project management teams to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, production coordination, or a similar role Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.) Preferred Skills Spanish-speaking ability (preferred but not required) Experience in flooring, construction, or manufacturing industries Familiarity with subcontractor coordination and scheduling Work Environment Office and warehouse coordination setting If you like working with a growing close knit team and helping home owners design the home of their dreams, come build your career with us!
