Fort Wayne IN Job Overview Vesta Construction is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Carpet & Flooring Installer to join our growing team. In this role, you will install a variety of flooring materials, including carpet, tile, hardwood, vinyl, and laminate flooring. We are looking for dependable individuals who take pride in quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Measure and prepare surfaces for flooring installation. Remove existing flooring materials and prepare subfloors. Install carpet, tile, hardwood, vinyl, and laminate flooring. Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Coordinate with other trades as needed. Assist with material takeoffs and project estimating. Complete floor care, maintenance, and restoration work when required. Qualifications Previous experience in flooring installation, tile installation, or general construction preferred. Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and construction safety practices. Experience with remodeling, trim carpentry, painting, cabinet installation. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
