You will play a vital role in enhancing property value and functionality, ensuring every project reflects superior craftsmanship and client satisfaction. Responsibilities Execute complex repairs and installations across diverse materials, including wood, metal, and flooring, to meet project specifications. Select high-quality materials based on durability and aesthetic requirements to ensure long-term project success. Operate and maintain a comprehensive suite of hand and power tools to ensure safe, efficient, and precise project execution. Provide accurate project estimates and manage billing processes to ensure transparent and professional client communication. Deliver outstanding service to cultivate repeat business and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings. Utilize industry-standard field management software to streamline project documentation and scheduling. Qualifications Required Skills 3-5 years of multi-trade experience, including proficiency in plumbing, electrical installation, and finish carpentry. Must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and personal tool set. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting 50 lbs and working at heights. Capacity to pass comprehensive background and drug screenings. Preferred Skills Prior experience in project estimation and client-facing billing. Familiarity with Service Titan or similar field service management platforms. Current OSHA 10 certification or the ability to obtain it within 90 days. Proven track record of excellence in residential or commercial maintenance environments.
