Key Responsibilities:

Execute epoxy flooring projects to meet job specifications, ensuring high-quality work and operational efficiency. Champion and enforce jobsite safety protocols in accordance with all relevant regulations, promoting a culture of safety at all times. Operate floor grinding machines effectively to evenly match grinding, honing, and polishing levels. Operate vehicles, grinder/polishers, floor scrubbers, hand power tools, vacuums, and other industry-related equipment following safety procedures. Install water and solvent-based materials such as epoxies, joint fillers, overlays, sealers, stains, and densifiers. Communicate professionally with customers, handle paperwork, and ensure customer satisfaction, maintaining a professional image and cleanliness of job sites. Engage in the quality control process to ensure high standards of workmanship. Grow into a leadership role, eventually training and mentoring new hires in epoxy floor application techniques. Cleanup work area and remove any debris or waste materials.

Qualifications:

Willingness to learn, be professional, work in a fast-paced environment, and have great communication skills. Knowledge of different types of equipment. Driver's License (required). Ability to commute to various job sites. Physical fitness to repetitively lift at least 50 pounds. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Ability to learn new techniques and operate new machines.
