This role is ideal for hands-on installers ready to take ownership of job site execution, crew coordination, and quality control. Duties Lead and manage a small crew. Coordinate day-to-day onsite activities with customers and/or general contractors. Manage installation schedule, workmanship quality, and production flow. Ensure installations meet required specifications, standards, and safety protocols. Serve as the primary onsite point of accountability for the project. Prepare floor surfaces prior to installation using shot-blast equipment, hand scraping tools, grinders, sanders, and vacuums. Protect work areas with tape, paper, or plastic; install termination strips as required. Mobilize materials and equipment to job sites using pallet jacks and proper lifting techniques. Mix multi-component flooring systems, including liquid resins, liquid hardeners, and aggregates. Apply liquid flooring materials using rollers, hand trowels, and specialty tools. Perform occasional wall applications using similar materials applied vertically. Maintain daily job site cleanliness, including disposal of waste and securing tools and materials. Comply with all safety requirements, including use of PPE such as gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, respirators, and face shields when required. Experience Prior experience in epoxy, resinous, or specialty flooring installation Experience leading crews or acting as a working foreman preferred Strong understanding of surface preparation methods and flooring application techniques Reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in physically demanding environments Company vehicle, cell phone, and tools/equipment are provided.
