Athletic Flooring Subcontractor

Job Summary We are seeking experienced wood athletic flooring installation and of finishing professionals to work with us in a subcontractor basis. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and restoring athletic flooring systems across various sports facilities and recreational venues. Your expertise will ensure high-quality, durable surfaces that meet industry standards and client specifications. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in flooring installation, blueprint reading, and construction site operations, contributing to the successful completion of projects with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Install athletic flooring systems according to project specifications, and safety standards Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to cut, lay, and secure flooring materials Perform floor care tasks such as buffing, sealing, caulking, and finishing to ensure a smooth surface Coordinate with project managers and other trades to meet deadlines and quality expectations Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to OSHA guidelines and safety protocols

Requirements:

Compensation:
