Job Description
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a skilled Flooring Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of flooring installation, including resinous flooring (epoxy, MMA, Urethane, Polyaspartic), polished concrete, and concrete overlays.
Duties:
- Prepare substrates to manufacturer specifications, and install per industry standards
Skills:
- The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Dependability, adaptability, independence, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in flooring installation techniques and industry standards
- Ability to travel as necessary. Some overnight travel may be required throughout the Mid-Atlantic
- Ability to effectively communicate
- Ability to manage stress and adapt to meet project deadlines and goals
