We specialize in high-performance concrete coating systems for garages, patios, porches, basements, pole barns, and other residential concrete surfaces. This is a hands-on, physically active role where no two days are exactly the same. We're looking for people who take pride in quality work, show up on time, and are willing to learn a skilled trade. Experience in painting, coatings, flooring, or construction is a plus — but not required. Reliability, attitude, and willingness to learn are more important to us than prior experience. What You'll Do Prepare concrete surfaces using grinders, vacuums, and other professional equipment Repair cracks and damaged concrete surfaces Mix and apply industrial coating systems Broadcast decorative flake/chip systems Assist with coating installations in garages, patios, basements, and other spaces Maintain a clean and organized work environment Work directly with customers and represent the company professionally Load, unload, and maintain tools and materials Assist with shop organization, inventory stocking, equipment maintenance, and other business support tasks as needed Opportunities may also include helping with marketing and neighborhood canvassing between installs What We're Looking For Dependable and on-time Positive attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable with physical work and long days when needed Able to lift 50+ lbs regularly Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license preferred Ability to work well as part of a team Construction, painting, flooring, or coatings experience is a bonus but not required Pay & Growth Opportunity Starting pay: $20-$25/hour depending on experience and fit Full-time and part-time opportunities available Fast-paced, team-oriented environment Opportunities for advancement into Crew Lead and leadership roles for the right candidates This is a learning and growth role. Schedule & Hours Most workdays begin directly at the job site Carpooling may be available for team members who live nearby No overnight travel required Current workload can support approximately 20+ hours per week for candidates looking for consistent work Hours may include a combination of installation work, shop tasks, maintenance, preparation work, and marketing/canvassing support as the business continues to grow

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
