The ideal candidate will have a love for animals and a commitment to providing exceptional grooming services. As a Pet Groomer, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and well-being of pets while delivering high-quality grooming services to the clients. Your expertise in handling various breeds and temperaments will help create a positive experience for both pets and their owners. Proficient in pet grooming techniques with experience in handling various dog breeds. Knowledge of dog training principles is a plus, enhancing the ability to manage pets during grooming. Veterinary experience or familiarity with veterinary technician/assistant duties is highly desirable. Strong animal handling skills, including experience with animal restraint and care in kennel settings. Excellent customer service skills to build rapport with pet owners and address their needs effectively. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required when handling larger breeds or equipment. Experience in pet sitting or providing general animal care will be beneficial in understanding pet behavior and needs.
