On Call Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a General Laborer. This position involves working on commercial job sites performing tasks such as: Interior demolition Construction site cleanup Debris removal Final cleaning Candidates must have reliable transportation to travel to various job sites throughout Wayne and Oakland Counties.
Schedule & Availability:
Work is primarily scheduled during regular business hours. Must be available to receive calls for same-day or next-day jobs. Honesty about availability is appreciated. Night and weekend work may be required occasionally, but it is rare.
Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation to get to job sites. Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and carrying debris. Willingness to work in a fast-paced construction environment. Previous experience in demolition, cleanup, or related work is a plus but not required. Must be self-driven.
