Full Job Description Job Summary About Us:

We are an established flooring company serving the metro Detroit area, dedicated to excellence in the flooring industry. We have a steady stream of work and want to expand our team with skilled subcontractors.

Attractive pay rates with quarterly bonuses. Sheet vinyl $8.80 sq. ft

Convenience:

All Hard Surface materials are delivered directly to the job site and dumpsters at our locations for rip and hauls.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years in flooring installation.

Transportation:

Reliable vehicle (preferably a van) and necessary tools.

Insurance:

Proper insurance coverage.

Background Check:

Ability to pass a background check with no felony convictions.

Attitude:

Positive, get-it-done mindset with a strong focus on customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Install various flooring materials, including carpet, hardwood, laminate, and vinyl. Measure and cut flooring materials to fit designated areas. Remove existing flooring and prepare subfloors for installation. Ensure proper alignment and spacing of flooring materials. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Dispose of debris properly.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license. Availability to work Monday through Friday. Ability to pass a background check with no felony convictions. Knowledge of different types of flooring materials and their installation techniques. Previous Experience in Flooring installation a
