We're looking for a Floor Coating Installer who not only knows coatings, but can take ownership of projects and help lead jobs from start to finish. What You'll Do Install high-quality floor coating systems (prep, application, finishing) Coordinate with project managers and sales team to ensure smooth execution Perform field measurements and job site verification Work alongside and support team members across different divisions when needed Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site What We're Looking For Experience installing floor coating systems (required) Strong work ethic and reliability—no babysitting needed Leadership mindset with the ability to run a job site Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Detail-oriented with pride in clean, high-quality work Team player willing to jump in where needed Positive attitude and self-motivated Physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs Valid Minnesota driver's license with a clean record Schedule & Compensation Full-time, weekday position Typical hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Overtime paid at time-and-a-half Must be willing to work overtime during peak seasons (spring & summer) Benefits Medical & Dental Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays 401(k) with company match after one year Why Join Millz House?
