Wrap Installer - Heavy Equipment Graphics

Dirty Graphix is seeking a Wrap Installer to join our growing team specializing in custom heavy equipment wraps. This role is focused on the precise, efficient installation of vinyl graphics on a variety of equipment in both shop and field environments. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and takes pride in clean, professional installs. While some prior experience is required, we are willing to train the right person who is motivated to learn and grow in the wrap and heavy equipment industry. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Oak Park Heights, MN , with occasional travel (locally and out of state) for on-site installations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Install vinyl wraps and graphics on heavy equipment with precision and attention to detail Ensure proper alignment, adhesion, and clean finishing of all installs Clean, prep, and prepare equipment surfaces before installation Perform post-install inspections to ensure quality standards are met Safely use installation tools such as squeegees, heat guns, knives, and surface prep materials Travel locally and out of state for on-site installations as needed Secondary Assist with prepping graphics for installation Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace Support the production team when needed with basic shop tasks and maintenance Handle materials carefully to avoid damage or waste

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 1 year of vinyl wrap installation, sign installation, or related experience required Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work Ability to work efficiently while maintaining precision Comfortable working in both shop and outdoor/job site environments Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, climbing, standing for long periods) Valid driver's license required Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions Positive attitude and willingness to learn Bonus (Not Required) Experience with heavy equipment or operating machinery Background in print production or large-format graphics
