Competitive, based on experience About the Role We are a growing remodeling company seeking a skilled, dependable remodeling professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and works well as part of a team. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on skills who is ready to grow into a team lead position , overseeing residential remodeling projects from start to finish. You will work alongside other skilled tradespeople, communicate directly with leadership (and occasionally clients), and play a key role in delivering high-quality remodels on schedule and on budget. Required Skills & Experience We are looking for candidates with reliable, real-world experience in one or more of the following areas: Tile installation (showers, floors, backsplashes) Trim carpentry and finish work Flooring installation (LVP, hardwood, tile, etc.) Drywall hanging and finishing General residential maintenance and repairs Basic electrical knowledge (fixtures, outlets, switches — licensed work as applicable) A combination of these skills is highly preferred.
