Job Description
We're looking for experienced commercial flooring installers to join our team. Our work consists primarily of carpet tile, LVT, VCT, sheet vinyl, and other commercial flooring products. We're looking for dependable individuals who take pride in their work, pay attention to detail, and can work well as part of a crew. Responsibilities Install commercial flooring including carpet tile, LVT, VCT, sheet vinyl, and related products. Prepare floors by scraping, patching, grinding, and leveling surfaces as needed. Read floor plans and layouts to ensure accurate installation. Measure, cut, and fit flooring materials. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all jobsite safety requirements and company standards. Work with project managers, superintendent, and other installers to complete projects on schedule. Requirements Previous commercial flooring installation experience preferred. Experience with carpet tile, LVT, and VCT installation. Ability to use hand tools and flooring installation equipment safely. Ability to lift and carry flooring materials and equipment. Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
