- Install customer-supplied carpet
- Provide and install new carpet padding
- Carpet installation in the existing carpeted areas only
- Estimated carpet area: 625 sq ft including waste
- Stretch and secure carpet properly
- Cut carpet to fit rooms, closets, hallway, and doorway areas
- Reuse existing tack strips where possible
- Replace/add tack strips only if needed and approved/included
- Cleanup after installation
