This is a full-time, W-2 position with a company vehicle and all major tools provided. We are looking for someone who can take a job from start to finish without supervision and stand behind the finished product. Responsibilities

• Install solid hardwood, engineered hardwood, LVP, LVT, and laminate flooring
• Run jobs independently from layout through final walkthrough
• Perform subfloor prep including flattening, moisture testing, underlayment, and leveling
• Complete stair work, transitions, and trim detail
• Coordinate with the owner and project manager on scheduling and job expectations
• Maintain a clean, professional job site in customer homes and on builder sites Required Qualifications
• Proven experience installing solid hardwood, engineered hardwood, LVP, LVT, and laminate
• Ability to run a job solo without supervision
• Personal flooring hand tools
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Able to kneel, lift, and carry material throughout the workday Preferred Qualifications
• Sand and finish experience
• Tile experience
