The Tradesmen position is responsible for performing various laborious job tasks in a timely manner. These tasks can include painting, carpet cleaning, and any special projects assigned by the Director of Facilities Operations. They must be reliable and skillful as well as possess great attention to detail in completing their duties.

Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Valid Driver's License Preferred:

Key Responsibilities Remove debris, trash, and abandoned items from units and common areas Perform light construction and repairs (basic concrete, framing, demo, steps, screens, etc.) Prepare surfaces and complete painting, including patching and finishing Perform carpet cleaning, water extraction, and odor treatment; clean upholstery as needed Maintain quality workmanship and ensure all work passes inspection Safely operate tools, equipment, and company vehicles Complete required documentation accurately and on time Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely job completion Additional Responsibilities Participate in on-call rotation and respond to maintenance emergencies Assist with snow removal and seasonal tasks Maintain clean vehicles and equipment; report issues promptly Follow all safety guidelines and perform other duties as assigned
