Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Trade Specialist with expertise in Bathroom and kitchen Remodeling, carpentry, plumbing, and tile installation and more to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, transforming spaces through skilled craftsmanship and innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality results in residential and commercial settings. You will be responsible for executing a wide range of construction and renovation tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Duties Perform remodeling tasks including framing, trim carpentry, drywall installation, and finishing to enhance interior and exterior spaces. Install plumbing fixtures, troubleshoot plumbing issues, and ensure proper water flow in various projects. Lay tile for flooring, walls, backsplashes, and other surfaces with precision and attention to detail. Utilize hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and schematics to complete construction tasks accurately. Read blueprints and schematics to interpret project plans and execute installation or renovation work accordingly. Conduct heavy lifting safely to move materials such as tile, flooring, or roofing components on-site. Assist with restoration projects including water damage remediation, mold removal, and structural repairs using industry best practices. Fabricate custom components or fixtures as needed using CNC machinery or traditional fabrication techniques. Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and client specifications. Collaborate with team members to coordinate project timelines and deliver exceptional craftsmanship across all trade disciplines. Experience Proven experience in construction estimating, framing carpentry, trim carpentry, masonry or related fields within the construction or restoration industry. Hands-on experience with plumbing installation and repair, tile laying, flooring installation, roofing or siding projects. Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, metal stud framing, drywall finishing, and fixture installation. Knowledge of water damage restoration techniques including mold remediation and structural repairs. Skilled in the use of hand tools (e.g., saws, hammers), power tools (e.g., drills, saws), scaffolding equipment and heavy machinery when necessary. Prior experience working on construction sites with adherence to safety protocols is highly desirable. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining quality workmanship throughout the project lifecycle. Strong understanding of schematics for electrical or plumbing systems is a plus. Experience working within the restoration industry or on renovation projects involving complex structural modifications is preferred.
