Tile Installer

We are seeking an experienced High-End Tile Installer with a strong eye for detail and craftsmanship to join our residential construction team. The ideal candidate takes pride in precision work, understands the expectations of luxury home clients, and delivers top-quality finishes on every project. This position involves hands-on installation of custom tile work including floors, walls, showers, backsplashes, and other specialty applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Install ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, glass, and mosaic tiles to exact specifications. Read and interpret design layouts, and material specifications Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Inspect completed work for alignment, spacing, and overall appearance to ensure premium quality.

Qualifications:

5+ years of tile installation experience , preferably in high-end or custom residential construction. Proven ability to execute intricate layouts, patterns, and specialty designs. Strong knowledge of setting materials, waterproofing systems, and installation best practices. Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship. Ability to problem-solve on-site and adapt to design changes. Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, kneel, bend, and work in varied environments. Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic. Professional demeanor with excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with large-format tiles, natural stone, and custom mosaics. Familiarity with Schluter and conventional systems and mud beds or similar waterproofing systems. Ability to coordinate with other trades to ensure a seamless installation process.
