No experience is required — we train the right people. If you take pride in hard work, show up on time, and want a real career path, this is for you. We are seeking a skilled Epoxy Installation Technician to join our team. This role involves installing epoxy coatings on floors, working with hand and power tools, and contributing to diverse projects. The technician will ensure high-quality craftsmanship while adhering to safety standards and project specifications. We are looking for people who: Show up on time, Work well with their hands, Can lift 50+ lbs, Have a valid driver's license, Learn fast and follow instructions, Take pride in quality work Duties Prepare surfaces for epoxy application by cleaning, grinding, and repairing as necessary Mix and apply epoxy coatings accurately according to schematics and project requirements Read blueprints and schematics to determine proper installation procedures Utilize hand tools, power tools, caulking guns, and buffing equipment to complete installations Perform flooring installation and concrete finishing tasks when required Assist with restoration projects. Follow safety protocols on construction sites to prevent accidents or injuries Maintain a clean work environment and ensure tools are properly stored after use What You'll Do You'll work with engineered flooring systems used in garages, basements, showrooms, commercial spaces, and high-end environments.

Daily tasks include:

Surface prep (grinding, mixing, patching) Installing epoxy coatings, decorative flake, and seamless flooring Using tools and equipment (grinders, vac systems, mixers) Working on a small, fast-moving crew Following detailed installation processes You will become a skilled technician, not just a laborer. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects within the construction industry while honing your skills in epoxy installation and related trades. Candidates should be detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to various job site conditions.

Pay:

$18.00 - $35.00 per hour
