This role is designed for a hardworking individual eager to master a specialized skill set while working toward an uncapped earning potential. You will play a vital role in field operations, ensuring project sites are efficient and installations are flawless. How You Will Make an Impact Support lead installers in the daily execution of commercial flooring projects to maintain strict timelines. Prepare project sites by organizing materials and tools to ensure a safe and productive environment. Execute precision tasks under supervision to learn the technical nuances of various commercial materials. Maintain accurate inventory of supplies on company vehicles to prevent project delays. Attempt regular training with the team to assist in growing your career. Operate specialized tools and equipment safely in accordance with OSHA and manufacturer standards. Contribute to the overall quality of the finished floor by maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Required Qualifications & Experience High School Diploma or GED preferred. Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for technical carpentry tasks. Demonstrated work ethic and a physical ability to handle the demands of onsite commercial work. (Strong attention to detail) Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time to various project locations. Commitment to learning a new trade and following strict safety protocols. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Prior experience in a construction or labor-intensive field environment. Familiarity with basic hand tools and measuring equipment. Ability to interpret basic instructions and follow technical safety training. Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese (English as your first language).
