Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tile Installer and Helper to join our dynamic construction team. This role involves installing high-quality tile and flooring solutions across various residential and commercial projects. As a Tile Installer and Helper, you will work closely with experienced professionals to ensure precise, durable, and aesthetically pleasing results. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in construction, tile laying, and restoration while contributing to exciting remodeling and renovation projects. All positions are paid, reflecting our commitment to valuing every team member's contribution. Responsibilities Assist in measuring, cutting, and preparing tiles for installation according to project specifications and blueprints Install tiles on floors, walls, backsplashes, and other surfaces using hand tools and power tools with precision Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying appropriate adhesives or mortar for optimal adhesion Support senior installers in caulking, trim carpentry, fixture installation, and water damage restoration tasks Follow schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate placement of tiles and related materials Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times Help with demolition, surface preparation, and floor care to facilitate smooth installation processes Experience Prior experience in construction or flooring installation is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided Familiarity with construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics, and the use of hand tools and power tools is highly desirable Experience in tile laying, flooring installation, or restoration industry work is a plus Knowledge of water damage restoration, cabinet installation, remodeling, or concrete finishing is beneficial Demonstrated ability to work safely on construction sites while following safety guidelines and protocols Join us to build a rewarding career in the construction industry!
