Flooring Installer

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Flooring Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing a variety of flooring materials with precision and craftsmanship, ensuring each project meets high standards of quality and safety. Your expertise will contribute to transforming spaces into beautiful, functional environments. Duties Prepare subfloors and surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and repairing to ensure optimal installation conditions Measure, cut, and lay flooring materials such as hardwood, laminate, tile, vinyl, or carpet according to project specifications and blueprints Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently during installation processes Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to execute precise layouts Collaborate with team members and project managers to coordinate installation schedules and ensure timely project completion Perform quality inspections throughout the installation process to maintain high standards of craftsmanship Assist with site cleanup, material handling, and equipment setup to maintain a safe work environment Requirements Proven experience in flooring installation or related construction trades such as carpentry, tile laying, or remodeling Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction plans

OSHA CARD REQUIRED

Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and specialized flooring tools, SANDERS, EDGERS, RIDE-ON Knowledge of other construction disciplines including concrete forming, masonry, plastering, or roofing is advantageous Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and safety protocols Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Join us as a Flooring Installer where your craftsmanship will help create stunning interiors!
