Early Intervention Providers

Job Description:

365 Kids is actively hiring qualified and dedicated Early Intervention Providers to join our growing team. We are seeking professionals across all disciplines, including Special Instruction (SI), Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), and Speech Therapy (SLP), to provide services to children ages 0-3 in home and community-based settings.

Responsibilities:

Provide Early Intervention services in accordance with IFSP goals Conduct sessions in home, daycare, or community settings Maintain timely and accurate session notes and documentation Collaborate with families, service coordinators, and other providers Support developmental progress across all domains

Qualifications:

Licensed/Certified in New York State (as applicable to discipline) Experience with Early Intervention preferred, but not required Strong communication and organizational skills Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
