This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, is eager to learn the tile trade, and takes pride in quality craftsmanship. Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities Assist with tile installation projects in residential and commercial settings. Prepare surfaces for tile installation, including cleaning and leveling. Load, unload, and transport materials and tools. Measure, cut, and organize tile materials. Mix mortar, thinset, grout, and other installation products. Maintain a clean and safe job site. Assist with grouting, sealing, and finishing work. Follow instructions and safety procedures at all times. Qualifications Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day. Reliable transportation to job sites. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Ability to work well in a team environment. Basic knowledge of construction tools is a plus.
