We are a family-owned business with steady work, strong community roots, and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship. If you take pride in your work and want consistent projects with a team that respects your time and talent, we'd love to partner. What You'll Be Doing Install carpet, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), laminate, hardwood, and/or tile (based on your expertise) Handle jobsite prep, tear-outs, leveling, and moisture checks Complete installations according to manufacturer guidelines and industry standards Communicate professionally with homeowners and our operations team Maintain clean work areas and proper handling of materials Provide your own tools, equipment, and reliable transportation What We're Looking For 3-5+ years of professional flooring installation experience (required) Strong skills in carpet installation and at least one hard-surface category Ability to install efficiently with high-quality results Knowledge of substrate prep, moisture testing, and proper acclimation Excellent problem-solving and customer communication skills Must carry liability insurance (or be willing to obtain) Preferred / Bonus Qualifications CFI, NWFA, NTCA, or other industry certifications Experience with both residential and commercial work Ability to read work orders, layouts, and basic floor plans Experience with stairs, transitions, custom cuts, and trim What We Offer Consistent, year-round projects Clear communication and organized scheduling On-time payments Respectful, professional working relationship Flexible workload based on your availability Opportunity to grow long-term with a trusted local company How to Apply Apply through Indeed or email with your: Contact information Work experience Photos of recent installations (strongly encouraged) Any certifications or insurance documentation
