Cleveland, OH Job Overview Garage Finisher is seeking a skilled and motivated Carpentry & Garage Flooring Installer to join our field operations team full-time. In this hands-on role, you'll assist in the installation of custom garage cabinets, slatwall systems, and flooring. Ideal candidates bring a strong carpentry background, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. We take pride in our craftsmanship and customer service-making garages not just better, but exceptional. Key Responsibilities Arrive on time for scheduled installations and field work. Assist with installation of garage cabinets, slatwall panels, and flooring systems. Handle and transport materials and tools safely to and from job sites. Follow detailed directions from lead installers to ensure precise execution. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times. Perform general construction tasks including measurements, cutting, and assembly. Communicate clearly with team members and clients to keep projects on track. Qualifications 1 year of carpentry or construction experience is preferred. Experience in cabinetry installation, and finishing work is a plus. Strong understanding of measurements, hand/power tools, and materials. Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing manual labor throughout the workday. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team setting. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Benefits Hourly pay:
