This position requires individuals who take pride in their work, pay attention to detail, and are eager to build a long-term career in the flooring industry. As part of our crew, you will assist in the installation of high-quality epoxy and decorative flooring systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Key Responsibilities Prepare concrete surfaces through grinding, cleaning, and patching. Mix and apply epoxy, polyaspartic, and urethane coatings according to specifications. Install decorative systems including flakes, metallics, and stains. Operate and maintain hand tools, grinders, and other flooring equipment safely. Follow project timelines and quality standards to deliver professional results. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Requirements Must have reliable personal transportation and a valid Ohio driver's license. Strong work ethic and dedication to craftsmanship. Desire and ability to produce quality work consistently. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive energy and professional attitude when dealing with clients and coworkers. Punctual and dependable, with respect for schedules and deadlines. Career-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and grow in the trade. Preferred (but not required) Previous experience with epoxy, concrete coatings, or construction trades. Knowledge of safety procedures and handling of epoxy/chemical products.
