Use caulking, trim carpentry, and fixture installation techniques to finish edges and details for a polished look. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials while adhering to safety protocols on construction sites. Qualifications Prior experience in construction or flooring installation is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, caulking guns, and carpet equipment is highly desirable. Ability to read blueprints or schematics and interpret technical instructions accurately. Experience with tile laying, flooring installation, carpet installation or related fields is a plus. Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety guidelines and work efficiently on job sites.
