Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Flooring Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various flooring demo , prep, and installation . This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality workmanship, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Install various types of flooring materials including tile, lvp, hardwood, laminate, and lvp Prepare surfaces for installation by demoing, cleaning, leveling, and ensuring proper adhesion. Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively during the installation process. Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction with the completed work. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times. Qualifications Proven experience in flooring installation Proficiency in using power tools and equipment relevant to flooring installation. Knowledge of flooring insta techniques Familiarity with tile laying procedures and best practices. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess project requirements accurately. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
