Epoxy Floor Installer

Job Overview Blue Shield Floor Coatings is looking for a hardworking and dependable Polyurea Floor Installer to join our growing team. We specialize in high-quality residential and commercial floor coating systems including garages, patios, shops, and more. This is a physically active, hands-on position working with a professional crew installing premium polyurea floor coating systems. Pay Starting Pay:

$15-$18 per hour Experienced Installers Paid More Based on Skill & Experience Opportunity for advancement and increased pay Responsibilities Concrete grinding and surface preparation Mixing and applying polyurea/polyaspartic coating systems Broadcasting decorative flake Scraping, sanding, and top coating floors Operating grinders, vacuums, and installation equipment Maintaining clean and organized job sites Loading/unloading materials and equipment Providing excellent customer service on job sites Requirements Construction or coating experience preferred but not required Valid driver's license preferred Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work in hot/cold environments Must work well with a team Attention to detail is a must Preferred Experience Epoxy or polyurea floor coatings Concrete grinding Painting/coating applications General construction Use of hand tools and power equipment What We Offer Steady work opportunities Growth within the company Hands-on training Team-oriented environment Opportunity to learn a skilled trade •Application Process•Interested candidates should submit their resume and a cover letter detailing their experience in flooring installation to tim@blueshieldfloors.com.
