Our retail showroom on Hamilton Boulevard is open Monday through Saturday, offering personalized customer service and premium products. Role Description This is a full-time, Flooring Installer able to service throughout the Lehigh, Berks, and Bucks counties. The position is a partnership with one of our lead residential installers. You will work directly with our experienced installer on Bastian Carpet One residential flooring installation projects. Communications will be directly through, and salary will be determined by, the lead installer. The Flooring Installer will be responsible for preparing surfaces, measuring and cutting flooring materials, and expertly installing various types of flooring such as hardwood, carpet, and luxury vinyl/laminate. Additionally, the role involves ensuring proper alignment, applying adhesives, and performing finishing touches to deliver professional results. The candidate will work closely with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction and maintain safety and quality standards. This job offers the perfect opportunity to learn a trade in the field, hands-on, with paid training. Entry level position. Experience not required but preferred. Qualifications Experience with carpet, hard surface flooring and general installation techniques is a plus. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to lift and handle heavy materials, tools, and equipment safely Effective communication and teamwork skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
