Floor Care Technician Helper We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and motivated Floor Care Technician Helper to join our growing team. This position is a hands-on role assisting with commercial floor care services at a variety of job sites. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, works well in a team environment, has strong attention to detail, and is willing to assist with all aspects of commercial floor care projects. This position offers varying hours each week, and flexibility is important, as scheduling may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, or project-based work as needed. Key Responsibilities Assist lead technicians with commercial floor care services on job sites Help perform floor care procedures including buffing, stripping, waxing, scrubbing, sealing, final cleans, and carpet cleaning Move furniture, equipment, hoses, and supplies as needed during projects Prepare work areas before jobs and assist with clean-up after completion Operate floor care equipment under supervision and training Assist with loading and unloading equipment and materials from company vehicles Follow proper cleaning chemical usage and safety procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site Communicate effectively with team members and management Follow all company safety policies and OSHA-related guidelines Requirements Prior commercial cleaning or floor care experience is a plus, but willing to train the right candidate Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Good attention to detail and pride in quality work Reliable transportation to and from our office/warehouse Physically capable of lifting equipment and performing manual labor Ability to work flexible hours, including nights or weekends when required Positive attitude and dependable attendance Why Join Us Opportunity to grow within a growing commercial floor care division Hands-on, active work environment Variety of job sites and projects On-the-job training and skill development Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for advancement into head technician or leadership roles
