Balmer Altered Surfaces , we're hiring a Epoxy Flooring / Decorative Concrete Installer to join our team to provide our customers a high quality product with residential and commercial decorative concrete surface projects. You'll learn hands-on skills, work with experienced tradesmen, and grow your income as your skills improve. Who Are We? C.L. We specialize in helping our clients add that final missing piece to their dream homes. What You'll Do As a Construction Crew Member, you'll work under the direct supervision of skilled professionals and gain experience across multiple surface types.

Daily tasks may include:

Assist with loading materials & equipment needed for the day Help prepare floors for decorative finish Properly mix products following the manufacturer-provided guidelines Be part of a positive & safe jobsite for team members & customers Ensure quality & customer satisfaction by following procedures What We Offer $16/hr•$18.50/hr , based on experience & skills Promotion opportunities and long-term career growth Paid training•No matter where you are in your career, we can help you learn & grow Paid time off for major holidays Supportive, family-style work environment What We're Looking For Prior Painting or Concrete experience preferred but not required Valid Drivers License & Willingness to Drive (Required) Reliable to show up to work consistently Great attitude and strong work ethic Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented Eager to learn and grow within the trade Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical labor safely Experience using basic tools & taking measurements Great attitude and strong work ethic Above all•your attitude & ability to consistently show up to work are the biggest factors for success in this position. Physical Requirements Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry objects up to 50 lbs.
